6-Month Lever Warranty

The metal lever mechanism is covered for 6 months against manufacturing defects. Damage caused by misuse, modification, or neglect is not covered.

10-Day Belt Warranty

All Flexor belts are covered for 10 days from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects, including faulty stitching, structural leather issues, or functional defects.

This does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic marks, misuse, improper storage, or accidental damage.

How to Claim

Simply contact Flexor Customer Service with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps. There is no need to return the original box.

Position the belt just below your rib cage and above your hip bones for maximum support and stability. This placement allows you to brace effectively and maintain a secure fit during heavy lifts.

The belt should feel tight enough to create strong core tension — a snug fit ensures the lever remains stable throughout your set.

Avoid wearing the belt too low on the hips or too high on the ribs, as this can cause discomfort, restrict movement, or lead to slipping. The ideal position is directly below the rib cage, where it provides firm yet comfortable support.
