Flexor Exchange & Replacement Policy

At Flexor, we value our customers and aim to provide the best quality products. To ensure clarity, here’s our simple and transparent exchange and replacement policy:

1. **No Returns** – We do not offer returns. Only Exchanges are available

2. **Exchange Eligibility** – Exchanges are allowed for:
   - Wrong size (request must be made within 7 days of delivery).
   - Damage during delivery (must be reported within 48 hours with proof).

3. **Warranty** – Flexor belts come with a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
   - Warranty covers the lever/buckle and structural issues only.
   - Scratches, color fading, or misuse are not covered.
   - Only **one warranty claim per order** is allowed within 6 months.

4. **Restrictions** –
   - Multiple exchanges/replacements for the same order are not permitted.
   - Once a warranty claim has been availed, another claim within the same 6-month period cannot be raised.

5. **Support** – If your product does not qualify for exchange/warranty, we may offer replacement parts (like a new buckle) at minimal cost.

To make claims, Please email business@flexor.in or WhatsApp us at +918130987029 with your order number, a detailed description of the issue and clear photos or videos.

To start a replacement, you can contact us at business@flexor.in. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Nova Enterprises, 488, 1st floor, Sector 13, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, Pin code: 201012

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
